The T-Bow Real Live Pilates Class In Progress


The TBow Exercise SystemIt's one thing to read about how the T-Bow can be used in a Pilates class and quite another to actually see them being used for real with real people. These class members kindly gave us permission to film them during one of our regular Pilates classes and I'd just like to thank them all :)

This video shows some simple Pilates exercises being done on the T-Bow. I show Foot Pedals, Side Bend, Side Lying Leg Series 1, and Swan Dive. Notice how Foot Pedals (and the other exercises) become far more challenging when using the T-Bow. Because of its curved surface it causes you to become less stable, therefore forcing your body to recruit more muscles to help stabilise you. This makes your core and all the rest of your muscles work much harder.

My clients get a better workout in the same amount of time and have a lot of fun. From a Pilates Instructor's point of view this means happy, toned clients who keep coming back for more - a win/ win situation!
