My name is Carol Bartram.
My husband (Bob Bartram) and I are both qualified Pilates Instructors in the UK. We have been teaching Pilates for several years and have hundreds of clients, some of whom have been with us since the beginning.
We have taught them from basics, watched them strengthen and tone and grow, like flowers towards the sun. Some who came to us with chronic back pain are now pain-free for the first time in many years. Women, men, young or old, Pilates benefits everyone.
